Resep Sorbet buah naga \(♥^ _ ^♥)/ make them for Valentine & CNY..Very easy to make and taste refreshing!

DRAGONFRUIT SORBET
By : Bake and Heat
Duration : 10 minutes + 4 hours or more to chill
portion : 12 servings ( 600ml )
Level : Beginner


     Lately I've been addicted to dragon fruits especially the red ones. They taste sweet with a hint of sourness in it. Has a very deep dark red-purplish color, and it contains lots of vitamins in it. It helps to prevent and treat heart disease, cancer, and to help lower blood pressure. This is because the dragon fruit contains lycopene. Red dragon fruit also contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, C, calcium, protein and phosphorus. It also has a very soft and juicy texture and it helps me to feel full for a long time which really helps me a lot for late night cravings,especially while browsing delicious looking foods on instagram or while i was browsing for recipes. So let's check the recipe ;)

( I used this cute heart-shaped acrylic cup & decorated them with couple of heart-shaped sprinkles, both bought at Baker&Barista shop,Kelapa Gading ( besides Bakmi Bintang Gading ) or you can buy them online at instagram @Bakernbarista )
 INGREDIENTS:
♥   300grams dragon fruit,cut into small pieces
♥   80grams sugar ( you can adjust the amount to your preference )
♥   60ml lemon juice
♥   120ml water
♥   40ml honey ( honey will make the sorbet has a softer texture )
♥   pinch of salt
♥   Few drops of orange liquor ( Optional ) ( liquor/alcohol won't freeze, so by using them,it will help your sorbet to have a softer texture& make the sorbet tastes 'more fancy'. )


INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Blend all the ingredients above using a juicer/blender till its smooth and well incorporated.
  2. Pour them into a plastic container,cover and refrigerate them for 4 hours or more.
  3. Scoop and put them into a cup to serve.
